Today Geir Jenssen posted on Vimeo the official video to the Biosphere track "Genkai-1" (from his latest album "N-Plants"). The video is made by the German media artist Egbert Mittelstädt. The artists spontaneously started to collaborate during a Biosphere concert and a simultaneous presentation of one of Mittelstädt's video works back in 2004.
Egbert Mittelstädt works with live video, room projections and the technique slit-scan photography. The pair had a workshop at Atelier Nord in Oslo, and will also have a free concert today (28.9.) where they will play some examples from their upcoming concerts. Wish I was there!
