The Icelandic band GusGus was recently nominated to the Nordic Music Prize for their 8th studio album "Arabian Horse" (tracklist after the jump). Haven't really listen to their albums for the past 10 years, but this one was a very nice surprise! Was almost like using a time machine back to 1997, when I couldn't get "Polyesterday" (from their 2nd studio album "Polydistortion") out of my head. Now that has happen again, but now with a live version of the song "Arabian Horse"...
Initially formed as a film and acting collective, the group is now consisting of 5 members and is signed to the German label Kompakt.
