The Judgement day has come! Nine Inch Nails (NiN) and Depech Mode covers of U2 has been reviled. Have been looking forward to this day with horror, since two bands that I really value is covering the one that I dont value so much...
The reason that these covers are done, is to celebrate that its 20 years ago (amazing how many good albums that year gave us!!!) that U2 released "Achtung Baby". And then some clever (or maybe not) guy from Q magazine came up with the idea of a cover album. Other bands that is also in this cover feast is the Killers, Glasvegas and Garbage.
